Is that any way for a store manager to treat a customer! I wasn't even rude not did I take a harsh tone until AFTER he started talking to me that way, and trust me, everyone in the store was shocked! Apple has such excellent customer service and they honestly shouldn't even let AT&T sell their devices if that's the business practice AT&T uses and that's how they treat customers. He even said "you aren't getting it," "do you not usberstand what I am saying to you," and "im ARGUING with you because you don't. He treated me like I was worthless and was very rude and argumentative. Tom, the store manager was the one "helping" me. Last nignt (9/26/14) I was in the AT&T store in the Ross Park Mall in Pittsburgh, Pa. I am also upset because I have been treated horribly by an AT&T store manager. I have used AT&T wireless for our family plan for 10+ years but I might have to switch now, and I'm not the only one saying this! A lot of customers are very upset and feel cheated. This is called lying to your customers, it's dishonest, and it's a scam. AT&T this is very poor business practice. I want to keep my current plan but I am not allowed. ![]() I AM AWARE OF ALL OF THE OPTIONS! I KNOW ABOUT THHE "NEXT" upgrade option. If we choose to upgrade our 4 phones, the plan goes us $100 and makes it $260 per month. I was very upset to recently find out that AT&T will no longer allow us to upgrade our phones and keep our AT&T mobile share plan.
